Costs are displayed on our website as monthly expenses for maximum transparency.

Billing is done in advance for 12 months, which reduces administrative effort and saves time in the long run.

You can find current prices in the section “Our Packages at a Glance.”

You can add your contact details, address, and opening hours.

Additionally, you can include a Google Maps link, a company description, a services section, an “About Us” text, your own images, and your logo.

If you have a suitable provider, you can also integrate appointment bookings.

Changes and updates are expressly encouraged to keep all information up to date.

Please note that for standard packages (non-Plus), we require a lead time of 30 days for any adjustments for organizational reasons.

Important: Structural changes or custom extensions to the page are not possible.

Bizandoo deliberately uses a clear and consistent structure.

This ensures your customers can quickly and easily find all important information.

Within this fixed structure, there are targeted customization options:

• The designated areas can be color-adjusted by us upon request.
• Your logo is a central part of the page and is prominently displayed.
• Using the images and texts you provide, your page becomes personal and unique.

For regular updates like events or promotions, you can book the appropriate Plus Package.

This keeps your page always up to date.

To implement the changes reliably, we need the relevant information at least 15 days in advance.

Upgrading to a higher package is possible at any time. You simply pay the corresponding difference, monthly or yearly depending on your chosen payment method.

Your contract does not automatically renew due to the upgrade and continues as usual.

Downgrading to a cheaper package is only possible after the current contract term expires.

Yes, you can book your Bizandoo Page completely risk-free. You have a 14-day cancellation period and can cancel your order free of charge within this timeframe.

Payment is only due after the 14 days have passed and once your package goes live.

The contract duration is always 12 months and automatically renews for another 12 months unless canceled at least 4 weeks before the end of the term.

Payment for the full year is made in advance.

Payments are handled securely and conveniently via Stripe (a Stripe account is required).

Your Bizandoo Page gets its own unique link (for example: bizandoo.com/en/your-business-location).

You can share this link easily via email, WhatsApp, social media, flyers, business cards, or as a QR code.

After a short time, your page will also be discoverable via search engines like Google thanks to our structure and input fields.

For even more visibility, you can additionally add the link to your Google Business profile or business directories.

This ensures your customers can quickly find your page directly or via search engines.

Every Bizandoo Page has its own imprint field, which we fill with your information.

The privacy policy is provided centrally by Bizandoo – you don’t need to worry about it.

No problem – we are happy to help you create a full-featured, customer-optimized website with your own domain and email addresses.

You can continue using your Bizandoo Page or simply cancel it when the time comes.
